At JAX Outdoor Gear, Farm & Ranch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Item

  Ensure your apparel or gear is in its original condition, including all manufacturer tags, packaging, and a copy of your receipt or packing slip.

  Initiate Return

  Log into your online account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or visit any JAX retail location for an immediate in-person exchange.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your RMA email, or choose your preferred carrier to send the package to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
